Week 2 - Weight Loss Update

Despite a really good start to the new year last week, this week has been nowhere near as  successful! 

I started off the week well, staying under my calorie allowances and eating healthy, well balanced meals. I was planning to do all of my exercise at the end of the week over my days off but as luck would have it I woke up Friday morning full of a cold and unable to do anything that required any real energy.

I am not good at being ill and spent the rest of the week sleeping and comfort eating - two things that don't really fit in with trying to lose weight. So needless to say, I wasn't expecting good things on this weeks weigh in.

Lost: 0lb
Left to go: 25lb

Thankfully not a gain, but I'm starting to feel a little better now, and I'm hoping I got comfort eating out of my system this morning! Tomorrow I'm going to get back into eating healthily and hopefully beat this cold. Just as soon as I can breath again I be exercising too!
