With our brief summer heat wave already behind us and the strong winds rolling in, it's clear that autumn is on its way. High street stores are already starting to introduce their autumn winter lines and, while I will always love beautiful summer dresses, it's no secret that the autumnal months are my favourite time of year. I love the colours of the changing seasons, pumpkin lattes being back at Starbucks and of course finally reaching the perfect balance where it's neither too hot nor too cold.
I've been wandering around the city a lot over the last week and have been getting very excited about the launch of the new seasons trends gradually filling the windows of our high streets, so I thought I'd share some of my favourite autumn/winter picks with you.
To kick off my little introduction some of my favourite looks of A/W 2013 I thought I'd share some of my top picks from H&M's new collection. Their catwalk looks for this season is very simple, using lots of dark and earthy colours throughout their A/W collection. If you're looking for inspiration for for A/W wardrobe think chunky knitwear, studded leather and faux fur. Keep bold colours to a minimum and layer up using one or two statement pieces to finish your look.
Here are some of my favourite pieces from H&M's 2013 A/W collection.
